In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller Weingut Pluschkovits GesbR, Schulgasse 11, 2443 Leithaprodersdorf, email: weingut@pluschkovits.at, by means of a written declaration (letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract . You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.<\/p>\n
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.<\/p>\n
If you revoke this contract, the seller Weingut Pluschkovits GesbR will owe you all payments that he has received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery have), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the seller received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment, the seller uses the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.<\/p>\n
The seller can refuse the repayment until he has received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.<\/p>\n
You must return or hand over the goods to Weingut Pluschkovits GesbR, Schulgasse 11, 2443 Leithaprodersdorf immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform the seller of the cancellation of the contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You are not entitled to this right of cancellation in the case of a delivery of goods that have been manufactured or modified according to your individual customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g. wines with an individual label).<\/p>\n
